We chose Country Press because it is an hour drive from us and in fairly close proximity to where we live as I thought I would have to go in and talk to them several times. I was dubious of other places that never had a live person answer their phone or whose calls went to a call center. I googled "printing" in our zip code and they came up. So I called. Immediately, I found a difference in the way they do business. But do not let their zip code or yours deter you from having them do your printing!! It doesn't matter!! I never set foot in their plant.

They also were reasonably priced. They answered their phones, even if I called 3x in one day! [No caller ID screening with them. if they were open for business they answered their phone!] They developed a bond of trust with us with their honest, open and clear communication. If Mike was going to go away for a week and not be available, he'd say so. There was no black hole he fell into while we were anxiously waiting for a returned call or email They were responsive each and every time. Mike almost always answered the phone and he was right on target w/our work. If he couldn't give me an answer right away, he said he'd get back to me, and he always did within the time frame he said it would take him to give me an answer. Sometimes it was immediate, sometimes he had to refer to my doc. Sometimes he asked to speak to an IT person because that's not my skill set and sometimes I didn't know what he was requesting of me or I didn't know how to send it according to his specs.

Other printers sent me a copy of their finished product for me to review. So when I asked Mike if he could mail me a few samples of their work he said, "Send me your manuscript! I'll give you a sample of yours!!" WOW! And he did. A sample of our finished product, from cover to cover. It took us time to figure out what our front and back cover would look like and Mike said that was OK to work on that and get back to him. We weren't ready at that point with a finished product and were in the fact finding stage. So we did our 'homework' and got back to him. It made sense to see a sample copy of our finished product rather than someone else's.

He wanted to give us a copy as near to perfect of the finished product as possible. They're no rush job to get you done and out of their hair!! But when we considered it finally done on our end, we had edited and reviewed the sample copy, made necessary corrections, they printed 'final copies' and sent it out immediately. They take pride in their work and their customer's satisfaction. When the boxes arrived, we knew w/confidence it would be perfect.

Mike tweaked our doc to make sure everything was centered and the photos clear and the layout what was we wanted. Their recommendations, knowledge and direction were priceless. We had visions of our finished product and Mike would recommend a different font or a different finished size. We always deferred to him and we were happy, happy, happy!

We never stepped foot into their plant and our printing came out perfect! We did all our business over the phone and via internet. Delivery was immediate. Doesn't matter where you live! Brooksey made sure our delivery arrived in a timely manner to meet our deadline! His British accent and jovial tone always set us at ease and that what we wanted was possible and Country Press would take care of it. When Mike answered the phone, I recognized his voice immediately, and I knew that whatever my question was, it would be solved with their know-how.

Mike and Brooksey are amazing, thorough, precise, and on the ball! No question is too difficult, no job too large or too small, and they are patient! Their work is stellar, flawless. Look no further!!
